When you submit an inquiry, the site collects the details you provide: your name, email address, inquiry type, optional organization, and message. Technical services may also process limited device, browser, page-view, performance, and security information.

How information is used

Inquiry information is used to review and respond to your message. Technical information is used to operate, secure, and improve the site. Restricted-preview access is used only to authorize the requested project material.

Services and storage

The site is hosted on Vercel and uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights for aggregated traffic and performance measurement. Contact inquiries are delivered through Resend. These providers may process data in the locations where they operate their services.

A theme preference may be stored on your device. Successful restricted preview access creates an essential, HTTP-only cookie for that project path that expires after eight hours. Vercel Web Analytics is configured without third-party tracking cookies.

Retention and disclosure

Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain related business records, or meet legal obligations. Information is not sold. It may be disclosed to the service providers described above or when required by law.

Your choices

You may ask what personal information is held about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern by emailing kailuenkevin@gmail.com. Requests will be assessed under applicable data-protection requirements.
