Accessibility
An ongoing commitment to make this portfolio understandable, operable, and comfortable to use.
Approach
Kevin Kailuen Design aims to make this website usable across different devices, input methods, and access needs. Accessibility is treated as part of the design system and is reviewed as the portfolio evolves.
Current provisions
- Semantic page structure and descriptive headings
- A keyboard-accessible skip link and visible focus indicators
- Keyboard-operable navigation, forms, dialogs, and project controls
- Reduced-motion behavior for the card deck and interface transitions
- Responsive layouts that reflow for smaller screens
- Alternative text for meaningful imagery
- Light and dark themes using shared semantic color tokens
Known limitations
Some project imagery contains dense visual design work that cannot be represented completely through concise alternative text. Supporting copy is used to communicate project context where possible. Older or third-party material may also vary in accessibility.
Feedback
If you encounter a barrier, include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology involved. Send feedback to kailuenkevin@gmail.com. The issue will be reviewed and a practical alternative provided when possible.
